Our Process

We visualize our clients, their users, their lives, culture, their business objective, and socio-economic background. The more we understand our clients and the target audience, the documentation gets more accurate and clear. We believe in simplicity – no farcical words, no pompous claims, and no over-the-head promises.

We straightaway deny accepting assignments that we are not able to do. (Every organization has some areas that it cannot do). For example, a client asked us to do a documentation project using wiki; we apologized saying that we have not used so far because we had not.

We work not for our satisfaction, but for our clients’ requirements. Our satisfaction is the by-product of what we do.
