Our Culture
The one word that reflects our work culture is ‘pride’... that vhites take pride of working for vhite. Our culture encourages creativity and innovation, trust and cohesion, and above all, an open and friendly place to work at. vhites experience Friday evening anxieties, and not Monday morning blues.
We are based in Chandigarh–City Beautiful, one of the best cities in India. The city offers excellent facilities for education, recreation and all basic amenities. It is clean, green and beautiful.
We disagree that at work, one needs to separate personal life from professional life. For us, professional life is a reflection of one’s personal life and vice versa.
We Share
At vhite, people share not only office space and systems, and knowledge and experience. We also share lunch and laugher, and even walks. Ideas flow freely from and to all corners.
We take good care of our people professionally, and provide an environment where all vhites get space to take care of self, and with a smile.
We Offer
We do not judge people solely by results, performance meters and feedback from peers or seniors. In fact we do not judge people. We just note how everybody responds to work, specific work situations, challenges, to pain and pleasure, and how one conducts to others. All other parameters are routinely taken care of.
We do not have fixed working hours for all; people understand their responsibility. They set their milestones and do the job.
We Encourage
Our culture encourages strong work-family balance. While laptops, wireless phones, Internet access to e-mail and technological innovations have made our lives easier, we ensure that these do not make life difficult for our families and for significant others. Except for very rare cases, we do not encourage people to work at home for office tasks.
