A freelancer graphics designer visited us in our office to discuss a project, few weeks back. That was our first meeting and while having coffee, she asked me what exactly we do. I said we provide skin to ideas, to thoughts, to information, to creativity, and to knowledge.

She smiled and added that she too wanted to touch her ideas in the forms of design, on paper and on screen. And now as a vhite, she provides skin to her creativity.

Open Positions

Position: Lead Technical Writer
Job Description: Develop and manage technical documentation for IT and other high-end technology including:
  • Documentation project planning including managing multiple projects, teams, and tasks
  • Ensuring end-to-end delivery of documentation for global businesses
  • Developing product documentation including core technical writing
Requirements:
  • University degree in computers
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical documentation
  • Experience in documentation project management
  • Excellent team management and task management skills for multiple projects
  • Familiarity with international technical writing standards, processes, conventions and guidelines
  • Excellent documentation and UI texts review skills
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Word, HTML and Help Authoring Tools such as RoboHelp and FrameMaker
  • Knowledge of VSS, CVS, TFS or similar version control systems
Desirable:
  • Exposure to structured authoring platform such as Arbortext Editor
  • Familiarity with programming language
  • A formal training or certification in technical writing is a plus

Position: Technical Writer

  • Training programs including WBT/CBT, product tours
  • B2B documentation
Requirements:
  • University degree in computers, or degree in English language with familiarity in computers
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical documentation
  • Knowledge of MS Word, HTML and Help Authoring Tools such as RoboHelp
  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
Desirable:
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to follow standard technical writing processes, practices, and guidelines
  • Aptitude to learn new technical writing tools quickly
